Things are a whole lot tougher here, but there's still plenty of new discoveries and resources to uncover that can help along the way. Fight your way through the Cursed Swamps, and, eventually, you'll come face-to-face with the enormous and terrifying High Priestess. You won't be able to waltz into the swamp and fight this boss. You'll have to reach the end of the main questline "Forgotten Relics" first. This quest will only start once you've finished fighting Israel Hands.
The main thing to keep in mind when you finally fight the High Priestess is stamina management. This is important for all fights, true, but the High Priestess has a small window of extreme vulnerability. To make this happen, you need to attack yellow globs that occasionally spawn on the Priestess's body.
