V Rising Emery Farming Guide: Locations, How to Get, & More

Posted on by justin
With the release of Update 1.1, vampires in Vardoran can now explore the new Oakveil Woodlands region. The addition of this biome also introduces various items, including the late-game material, Emery. Here we'll cover everything you need to know about Emery, including the best locations to get it, how to use it, and its crafting recipes.

What is Emery in V Rising?

V Rising Emery Emery is a new V Rising resource introduced in the Invaders of Oakveil Update. Farming this material can be done at certain nodes known for the orange gem-like objects sticking out.

Farming Emery in V Rising

V RIsing Emery Node V Rising players can farm Emery by traveling to the Oakveil Woodlands and mining the material from Emery Nodes. Note that a Gear Level 23 or higher weapon must be used to collect the material from these nodes. The ideal starting weapon for this task would be the Dark Silver Mace. Unlike other ore nodes, Emery Nodes can explode if struck too quickly. If so, the remaining Emery units from that exploded node cease to exist, removing players’ chances of farming from that specific farming spot until it respawns. Another way of farming Emery is by defeating Emery Golems found throughout the Oakveil Woodlands. These enemies look like ordinary Emery Nodes, but become hostile when players are nearby. Apart from Emery Golems, other enemies in the Oakveil Woodlands may also drop Emery, including the following:
  • Alchemist
  • Dartflinger
  • Dreadcleaver
  • Sentinel
  • Striker
  • Viper

Emery Crafting Recipes

V Rising Athenaeum Emery Primarily, vampires use 20x Emery with 8x Venom Sap at the Advanced Furnace to craft Ember Glass. Note that Ember Glass is one of the ingredients used to craft legendary weapons. Alternatively, use Emery with other materials to craft important structures, namely the following:
  • Redistribution Engine: 6x Charged Battery and 80x Emery
  • Athenaeum: 20x Schematic, 100x Emery, 8x Reinforced Plank, and 4x Dark Silver Ingot
Note that the Redistribution Engine allows players to use items in containers when crafting at nearby workstations. On the other hand, the Athenaeum enables vampires to research high-tier technologies and blueprints, such as Sanguine weapons, late-game armor sets (e.g., Shadowmoon, Grim Knight, and Dread Plate), and various castle décor.
