Posted on by cade-davie
Think you have what it takes to run an illegal empire? You might be able to pull it off, but it definitely takes time! Before you can rake in serious dough as a criminal, though, you'll have to start off small. Our best bungalow layouts guide for Schedule 1 is here to help you get the most out of this starting location so that you can start making money with ease!

Best Bungalow Layouts in Schedule 1

The beauty of Schedule 1 is that it allows you to flood the streets with products however you'd like! You can build your cartel the way that you want! At the same time, however, we have some tips that can help you get started. In fact, we have three different layouts that you can use when in the Bungalow, which will help your empire get started. Of course, before you can buy the bungalow you're going to need at least $6000. As long as you have that much money in your account balance, you can actually head to Ray's Real Estate building at any time and purchase the bungalow.

Bungalow Layout #1: The Grow Zone

The extra elbow room of the bungalow makes it a big step up from locations like the sweatshop apartment. As a result, you can now hire employees! Extra sets of hands go a long way to getting more product made more efficiently. For this layout, your primary product is cannabis. Here's what you'll need:
  • 2x Botanist Employees
  • 1x Cleaner Employee
  • 1x Mixing Station
  • 1x Packaging Station MK.2
  • 4x Trash Cans
  • 5x Large Storage Racks
  • 16x Grow Tents (8x per Botanist)
  • 3x Beds (for employees)
To keep your employees in ship-shape condition, you'll need to make sure they have beds. Beds aren't small, so stash them in the spare room where they won't get in the way of production. Carefully place all the equipment listed above throughout the home so that both you and your employees have room to walk. Once that's done, assign jobs to your employees. Your botanists need to manage seeds, soil, and additional ingredients by working with your grow tents. They can do this faster if you place your grow tents near any shelf storing your supplies. Each botanist can manage eight grow tents, and they'll work to get your plants healthy and ready! Your cleaner simply keeps the area clean. Roughly three or four bins should be enough to keep everything tidy as your cleaner works along. Those grow tents will work quickly, and you'll soon find yourself drowning in marijuana. Take the finished product from wherever you choose to have your botanists stash it, and finish mixing and packaging the product yourself. This early in the game, it's more cost-efficient to work on some of the process yourself rather than assigning the assembly to another employee. Finally, send your product out to buyers either with hired dealers or on your own and enjoy the profits!

Bungalow Layout #2: Dabbling With Lab Work

This layout should is similar to the first, but with the added bonus of diversifying your production. In fact, you can upgrade layout #1 to become layout #2 once you've earned enough cash. Here's what you'll need:
  • 2x Botanist Employees
  • 1x Cleaner
  • 1x Chemist
  • 1x Handler
  • 1x Mixing Station
  • 1x Packaging Station MK.2
  • 1x Chemistry Station
  • 1x Lab Oven
  • 16x Grow Tents (8x per Botanist)
  • 5x Beds (for employees)
  • 5x Large Storage Racks
  • 4x Trash Cans
Like before, you should have your botanists and cleaners appropriately assigned. Now, however, you have a chemist who can use the chemistry station and lab oven to bake batches. With a handler, you'll also be able to take a step back from the packaging process so that you can worry about distribution and management. Just remember to have related stations near one another, disperse your trash cans equally throughout the space, and make sure you've got enough beds!
