Satisfactory Bauxite Guide: All Locations, Crafting Recipes, & More

If you're looking to create some late-game gear in Satisfactory, Bauxite should be at the top of your resource shopping list. It's used in a handful of handy recipes, but it is relatively scarce across the planet. But don't worry - we cover exactly where to find it and how to use it down below!

Satisfactory Bauxite Locations (Update 1.0)

While it might be a late-game resource, you can still actually gather Bauxite with your hands. Of course, that isn't the most efficient way to harvest. The best way to gather Bauxite is to find one of its resource nodes, construct a Miner, and let it go to work. All of the Bauxite resource nodes are inexhaustible, so find the one you want from the coordinates list below, and get to mining!

Impure Bauxite Nodes

Naturally, impure and normal Bauxite nodes won't be as valuable as pure nodes. However, some of the pure Bauxite nodes are in much tougher-to-reach locations. We recommend heading to the southern reaches of the Titan Forest or inside the Red Forest for the best Bauxite farming. If you only need a small handful of Bauxite, you can also craft it using the recipes below.

Bauxite Uses in Satisfactory 1.0

There are currently six different crafting recipes that use Bauxite. One of the most useful is Alumina Solution. This is required for producing Aluminum Scrap, Ingots, and, most importantly, creating Batteries. Want to have an easier way to generate power for your factories and vehicles?
