RuneScape: Dragonwilds Agility Skill Guide: How to Level, All Courses, Locations, Rewards, & More
Posted on by cade-davie
There is a multitude of skills to learn and master as you adventure through Ashenfall. One of the handiest RuneScape: Dragonwilds skills is Agility. However, leveling this skill might not feel straightforward. If you take the time, you can eventually be sprinting and double-jumping your way around your foes with relative ease. Take a look below, and we'll tell you exactly what you can unlock by leveling your Agility, how to maximize Agility experience, and more.
From all of your adventuring, you're likely familiar with how skills work in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. The more you perform an action that is related to a skill, the higher that skill level will become. Eventually, you can unlock new stat bonuses and abilities for leveling up your skills.
While some skills like Fishing and Woodcutting obviously require you to fish and cut trees, Agility is different. This is because Agility is a Support skill rather than a Combat, Artisan, or Gathering skill. In fact, it's currently the only Support skill in the game. As a Support skill, Agility works passively to give you more movement speed and new traversal mechanics. Level it up enough, and you can actually learn a skill spell or two as well. For the most part, however, Agility exists to make it easier for you to explore the world of Ashenfall.
In order to level up your Agility, you need to walk and run around the world. It's true! Every single step you take will cause your Agility skill to gain more XP. If you ride a mount or do any fast-traveling, you won't earn any Agility points. Keep in mind that while walking and running will boost the skill, it's going to take you hours and hours if that's the only thing you do to level up your Agility.
Another way to further boost your XP gains is to create gear that will literally give you more Agility XP or the ability to run even more while you wear it. Of course, you can also craft a handful of helpful Potions, Drinks, and Food to give yourself even more XP gain. We've listed the ingredients for all of the best armor and consumables for Agility leveling right here:

How to Level Up Agility
In order to level up your Agility, you need to walk and run around the world. It's true! Every single step you take will cause your Agility skill to gain more XP. Keep in mind that while walking and running will boost the skill, it's going to take you hours and hours if that's the only thing you do to level up your Agility.
Agility Courses
The best way to increase your Agility XP is to complete runs of the game's various Agility Courses. These five different obstacle courses test your speed and traversal abilities, and will reward you with a boost of XP based on your finished time. Naturally, you'll receive the least amount of bonuses for completing Bronze Laps, with Silver and Gold Laps offering more XP in that order. Additionally, the harder the Agility Course, the more XP you'll receive. As you level up your Agility Skill, you'll gradually unlock each of the Agility Courses. Here is where you can find each course, what level your Agility needs to be to unlock them, the times you need to pass, and more.Chasm Dash
