So, what is the Minecraft mod Box of Staris? It's actually a spinoff! Creator fapdos has another Minecraft mod that you can play now called Pets & Dungeons. This mod adds a helping of magical creatures to assist you in your Minecraft combat efforts. One of the critters is the adorable Stari. These little kitty-looking fellas are small, soft, and handy in a fight. In the game Box of Staris, you'll actually play as a Stari yourself. Instead of roaming a procedurally-generated sandbox, Box of Staris is a visual novel. While not all of the game's details have been revealed by fapdos yet, the game's trailer seems to showcase a light turn-based combat element as well. What we know for certain is that the story will take place across the following magical worlds:
