Conan Exiles Corrupted Attributes Guide: How to Get, All Perks, & More

What are Corrupted Attributes in Conan Exiles?

As the name of the system implies, Corrupted Attributes are a powerful specialization within the sorcery system. Taking advantage of it allows players to replace standard attribute perks with corrupted yet stronger versions. At the time of writing, the only attributes that can be corrupted are Strength, Vitality, and Authority. Corrupting each attribute sacrifices one’s maximum Health and Stamina. Each corrupted attribute grants a permanent 2.5% corruption meter up to 50%. Note that being close to a Dancer cannot remove attribute corruption. Instead, the only way to eliminate this high-risk, high-reward bargain is by resetting your attributes. Consider having allies in a Conan Exiles server to increase survivability, especially with the possibility of your Health and Stamina permanently halved through Corrupted Attributes.

How to Get Corrupted Attributes in Conan Exiles

To get Corrupted Attributes in Conan Exiles, you must first acquire corruption of at least 40%. Fulfill this requirement by exploring corrupted areas or casting spells. Once your exiled soul is sufficiently tainted, farm the occult currency, Soul Essence, by performing the Soul Drain ritual on a follower or thrall at a Sacrificial Stone. The condition to corrupt one attribute point is 1x Soul Essence, and corrupting a perk to maximum demands 20x Soul Essence. With Soul Essence in hand, access your Attributes tab and spend the resource on your preferred attribute to corrupt.

All Corrupted Attribute Perks

Corrupting an attribute unlocks unique perks that suit different builds in Conan Exiles. Below is a list of corrupted perks for Strength, Vitality, and Authority:

Strength

• Scourge: Inflict additional damage on the scales with Corrupted Strength.
• Mule Kick: Kick attacks launch enemies further with the potential of knocking them down.
• Wrack: Subdue enemies with attacks, increasing their damage taken from all sources.
• Desecrate: Chance to unleash a corruption blast, damaging and knocking back foes.

Vitality

• Grotesque Excrescence: Grants a powerful, passive health regeneration buff that scales with Corrupted Vitality.
• Twisted Flesh: Chance to deflect all incoming damage. The chance increases per point spent in Corrupted Vitality.
• Petrified: Grants the player complete immunity to bleed, poison, disease, and sunder debuffs.
• Tainted Vessel: Unleash a corruption burst upon taking hits, damaging nearby enemies, and corrupts those it can.

Authority

• Frenzy: Followers or thralls enter a frenzy when the player deals damage. Frenzied followers or thralls have their damage output increased by 3% per stat spent in Corrupted Authority.
• Flesh Bond: Split all incoming damage between the player and nearby active followers or thralls.
• Devour: Damage dealt by followers or thralls heals the player.
• Demon-Lord: Chance to summon a demonic entity to attack enemies for a short duration after dealing damage.
