Introducing Our New Help Center & Ticketing System

Over the past year, we’ve made several improvements to how we deliver support here at BisectHosting, all with one goal in mind: to better serve our customers and keep your servers running smoothly. One key focus has been on helping prevent issues before they happen. While we’ve built a large library of helpful knowledgebase articles, we wanted to make them easier to find and more accessible to everyone. After exploring various options, we've implemented a new system that makes discovering helpful content faster and more intuitive, so you can get immediate assistance and solutions whenever you need them. We’ve been hard at work over the summer preparing this system just in time for the busy holiday season, ready to support both our new and long-time customers!

Bringing Back Ticket Support, Better Than Ever

With this launch, we’re introducing a new ticketing system that offers significant improvements over the one we used previously. While our live chat widget has been great for quick questions, more complex technical issues often require greater detail. Our new ticket system lets you lay out your concerns upfront, helping our specialists diagnose and resolve problems faster with less back-and-forth so that you can get back to your game sooner. Although the new system may feel a bit different from the chat widget you’re used to, our response time goals remain the same. You’ll continue to receive the fast, 24/7 support that you’ve come to expect from us.

How to Reach Support

To access support, simply visit the Support dropdown on our website. From there, you can browse our Help Center or submit a support ticket for personalized help. If you’re seeking technical support, please log in to your account before creating a ticket. This allows us to verify your account ownership and access your server details so that we can assist you faster. If you’re unable to log in for any reason, don’t worry. You can reach out to us at support@bisecthosting.com, and we’ll help you quickly regain access to your account. In the coming weeks, we’ll also be introducing a dedicated support widget for login issues and sales questions, designed for users who don’t have or can’t access their accounts. We’re still fine-tuning it to ensure it’s as smooth and helpful as possible within our new system. It’s another big step forward in our mission to make getting support at BisectHosting easier, faster, and more effective than ever!
